We're back with more videos on our YouTube channel. Check it out. There are no excuses for our lame blogging, so I don't even try... Truth is we're getting sidetracked easily with all the work that needs to be done. Since the last post Mat's been busy building two beds (two because one for us and one for our future container guest room – how's that for thinking ahead?), one solar dehydrator for all the fruit that's dropping off the trees, fixing our solar pump stand which had been blown over in our of Golden Bay's summer storms. While Mat's been doing all that (plus more work on the container and waiting for more steel to arrive), I've been working and enjoying an extended holiday with family & friends.

I'm trying to get Mat to write an article on how things are going with the built because he's more in tune with things of course. He's resisting because there's always something new to be designed & built in the meantime (e.g. a steampunk letterbox in a shape of a bird)... but I'll keep trying and thank you all for your patience and continued support.
